The Finland Embassy in Ethiopia and STEMpower Ethiopia recently partnered with IBM SkillsBuild to provide women with digital skills training. We now present some data findings of that online program, known as "Diligence" (or “ትጋት” in the Amharic language of Ethiopia.)
While our goal was 1,000 women graduates, we tripled that goal. 3,160 women successfully earned their graduation certificates.
As of this writing, we are aware of at least 40 women who have subsequently entered the job market through the "Diligence" program's direct network and support system. Many more graduates report that they now feel confident enough to start their own businesses for sustainable income generation.
STEMpower invites similar partnerships to scale the program further in Ethiopia, or to replicate in any Sub-Sahara African country, as our STEM Centers are now operating in two-thirds of the countries on the subcontinent. The demand is huge and unmet.

The early weeks after childbirth can be both exciting and demanding for growing families. Experienced Maine doulas are often valued for their ability to provide compassionate support tailored to each family's needs.
Honestly a useful tool if you create lots of online accounts. This name generator helped me come up with a clean Twitch-style username without adding random numbers everywhere.
Really inspiring to see how the program not only exceeded its goal but also helped so many women gain confidence and real opportunities. On a lighter note, when I take a break from reading impactful stories like this, I sometimes unwind with FNF Game which is surprisingly fun and relaxing. It’s a nice little escape before getting back to more meaningful content like this!
About Monkey Mart, it’s a fast-paced and entertaining game where players manage a chaotic supermarket as a clever little monkey.
