A high-level ministry delegation of the Republic of Armenia's Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, led by H.E. Ambassador Sahak Sargsyan, made a recent official visit to STEMpower's FabLab.

Here in this new space for innovation, where concepts are brought to life as actual solutions, young leaders are granted the authority to shape the future. The trip was augmented by an informative presentation from the STEMpower team, including the organization's strong programs and ambitious plans, as a foundation for a fruitful discussion of future collaborations.

H.E. Ambassador Sahak Sargsyan, appreciating what is being undertaken exclaimed, "It's simply unbelievable what you are doing here. I am delighted to witness STEMpower's commitment to enabling young minds with hands-on technology, a pioneering notion in Africa!".

The Armenian delegation engaged with thoughtful questions, looking for areas of shared interest in education, innovation, and community development; not only in Ethiopia, but across the African continent. They were clearly enthusiastic about the approach of STEMpower, namely its emphasis on experiential learning and accessibility.

"At STEMpower, we are firm believers that talent is ubiquitous; it only requires the right environment to flourish. This FabLab is a testament to that belief. We are honored to be having partners like the Embassy of Armenia in Ethiopia / የአርሜኒያ ኤምባሲ በኢትዮጵያ on board who resonate with our vision of the potential that lies in nurturing and transforming ideas into real impact," said Dr. Simenew Keskes, Country Director of STEMpower.

The visit of H.E. Sahak Sargsyan and his group signifies the beginning of a promising new era of international cooperation on the basis of mutual respect, shared aspirations, and faith that education and technology can illuminate the path to better futures.
