As South Sudan grapples with potential civil war, countless youth are seriously affected by the instability that surrounds them. In response, STEMpower (the American-based Sub-Saharan-theater charity) continues providing much-needed stability, through its family of hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Centers. No other charity or program operates such a wide distribution of "facts on the South Sudan ground".

STEMpower last week established the country's 17th STEM Center, the Luonyaker STEM Center, located in Gogrial East county of the northern Warrap state. The new technical resource instantly brings sophisticated practical learning to many area youth.

Yes, it is a fact that South Sudan lacks paved roads and an electric power utility grid. But our STEM Centers bring access to modern technology and education, plus a national annual competitive science fair, plus local teams' participation in international robotics competitions.

Our STEMpower South Sudan team proudly and expertly overcomes every challenge. Consider supporting our efforts across Sub-Sahara Africa. Enjoy the progress!
