STEMpower's new STEM Center has been officially installed at Université d'Abomey-Calavi, Benin, bringing state-of-the-art technology and hands-on learning opportunities to students in the region.

While Benin continues to prioritize education, access to practical STEM resources was limited. STEMpower bridges that gap by providing an Electronics Lab and a Smart Computer Lab equipped with 3D printing technology, enabling students to develop problem-solving skills crucial for today’s world.

The University's Secretary Director of Institute of Math and Physics, Prof. Ogouyandjou Carlos, stated, “The launch of this STEM Center is a crucial step forward for our students. Our goal is to cultivate a new generation of thinkers and innovators who will lead the transformation of Benin’s economy.”

With 133 STEM Centers now established across Sub-Saharan Africa, STEMpower's latest addition strengthens the mission to empower young minds through innovation and education.

Special thanks to our partners smartAID and DHL, who help us spread modernity and positivity across a large deserving portion of the world.
